To allow our students to achieve their full potential, we need to give them access to areas other than what is offered via the mainstream.
At Buninyong we believe in opportunity. Opportunity to show case your interests and develop any passions that you may have. Along with a comprehensive curriculum, we also provide access to the following extra-curricular activities:

- Grade 6 Leadership Program
- Range of Inter-School Sporting Teams
- School Fete & Concert (held on alternate years)
- Music on the Mount performance
- Wakakirri Dance Competition
- The Story of Buninyong (grade 4 project focusing on local history that culminates in a performance)
- Voice of the Students (equivalent of a junior school council with reps from each class)
